Your own VM, your own workers, your own exclusive queue. No monthly quota. Your captures never share infrastructure with any other client. In batch mode, your queue is reserved: no other client can slow down your throughput.
Frequently asked questions
Does Shotbot Pro include screenshots?
Yes. Shotbot Pro includes 5,000 screenshots per month, on top of all advanced features (priority queue, rendering options, formats, viewports). Beyond this quota, top-up packs kick in with a 20% discount for Shotbot Pro subscribers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no commitment. Cancel from your account (billing portal). You keep Shotbot Pro access until the end of the current paid period, then your account returns to the standard tier without interruption.
Do packs I bought before Pro still work?
Yes. Pay-as-you-go packs are not affected by your subscription. While your Shotbot Pro subscription is active, future pack purchases automatically receive the discount.
What do Pro reports include?
Every month, an automatic report summarises your activity: captures used, success rate, average render time, output formats, top domains, viewport breakdown, hourly and daily activity heatmap. Two additional opt-in reports are available: a weekly recap (every Monday) and an annual summary (January 1st). All reports are archived and accessible in your account.
What happens when I reach my monthly quota?
When your 5,000 included captures are used up, any top-up packs you've purchased take over automatically, at the 20% Pro discount rate. If you have no credits left, API requests return status: waitlisted and are queued until your quota resets on the 1st of the following month.
Do unused monthly captures roll over?
No. The 5,000 monthly captures reset on the 1st of each month. Unused captures do not carry forward. Pay-as-you-go credits purchased separately do not expire.
Is there a free trial?
No time-limited trial, but every account starts with 200 free captures per month, no credit card required. That's enough to fully evaluate the API, formats, and rendering options before subscribing.
