Do credits in reserve expire?
No. Purchased credits have no expiry date. They remain available as long as your account is active.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Shotbot operates on a free monthly quota (200 screenshots) plus on-demand top-ups - no subscription, no commitment, no automatic billing. Shotbot Pro (€29/month or €290/year, 2 months free) is available for developers who need advanced features and priority processing.
Does my payment data pass through your servers?
No. Payment is entirely handled by Stripe, directly on their PCI-DSS Level 1 certified servers. Shotbot never sees your card details: only a confirmation notification via webhook.
Is VAT applicable?
VAT is not applicable (French auto-entrepreneur exempt under Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). The displayed price is the final price.
